These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to vortix.shop and purchases made from Vortix. By using the website or submitting an order, a user agrees to these Terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use the website or place an order.

A customer must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. A person using the website on behalf of a company or another person represents that they have authority to do so. Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate information during checkout.
3. Product Information and Condition
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, models, specifications, images, condition, included items, availability, and prices. Screen settings and photography may cause minor visual differences. Material product details and condition are stated on the applicable product page.
Product condition may be new, refurbished, or used and must be clearly disclosed. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to identify products. Vortix does not claim manufacturer affiliation, endorsement, certification, or authorized-reseller status unless expressly stated and verifiable.
4. Compatibility
Customers should verify compatibility before purchase, including dimensions, motherboard support, power requirements, power connectors, power-supply capacity, operating system, software drivers, case clearance, and other system requirements. Customers may contact support@vortix.shop with pre-purchase questions. Compatibility responsibility does not remove return rights provided by our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Errors
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard United States shipping is free as described in our Shipping Policy.
We may correct a genuine typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical error. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and fully refund the order. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without the customer’s agreement.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, a pricing error, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, but we will provide the purchased product or an appropriate remedy as required by our policies and applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy states the return window, eligibility requirements, return method, shipping responsibility, restocking fee, and refund-processing time.

Any product-specific warranty is stated on the applicable product page or in accompanying documentation. Manufacturer warranty coverage is controlled by the manufacturer’s terms and is not promised unless expressly stated. The website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe, FedEx, DHL, and other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Vortix is not responsible for independent third-party websites, but this does not remove our responsibilities for orders placed directly with Vortix.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and Vortix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or a product purchase.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
